At MedplusBeauty.com, it is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with the best products at the best prices. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund (minus any applicable shipping charges and discounts). Refund amount will be in the form of a credit note, which can be availed for any further purchase at MedplusBeauty.com
Conditions for return
- Products should be unused
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, instruction sheets and invoices
- If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition
- For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied
Non returnable products
Due to reasons of health, safety and fair use, the following products cannot be returned once purchased:
- Products that are perishable in nature like food items
- Electronic items that have been assembled or installed
- Personal hygiene products and beauty accessories
- Gift cards & certificates
In the unlikely event that any product you received from us is damaged:
- Please do not accept delivery of the item if the outer packaging appears damaged or any way tampered with
- If after you open the packaging, you discover that the item is damaged, you can return the product to us for a refund. Please contact our customer service for initiating the return and send us the images of the damaged product. Once our returns section receives and verifies the product, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund as the case may be.
- Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the replacement product. In such cases, we will offer only a refund.
If you would like to cancel an order, you can call or email our customer service and provide details of the order you would like to cancel. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and be dealt accordingly.

to intitiate a return. Our team will note down your request and issue a return reference ID. They will inform you if your location is serviced by MedPlus logistics team.
1. In areas serviced by MedPlus logistics team, you will be contacted by our team members to organize the pickup of your return. Please ensure your availability and shipment readiness to facilitate the speedy processing and resolution of the returns process.
2. In areas not serviced by MedPlus logistics team, you will have to self ship the return to our warehouse. For all self shipped returns, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be added to the returns credit.
Returns self shipment procedure
Once you have contacted our customer service and obtained a return reference ID, place the products to be returned in a secure, solid package and seal the box securely. Please take care to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Inscribe the return reference ID and return address on the package and ship it to:

On successful receipt and processing of the return, a credit note for the value of the returned item and Rs. 100 shipping reimbursement (if the return is self shipped) will be issued and sent to your registered email address. You will be able to use this credit for any subsequent purchases at MedplusBeauty.com. In case the return is not a valid one as per the conditions outlined above, it will be reshipped back to you upon payment of an additional shipping fee of Rs. 100.
The Refund process will take from 1 to 2 weeks based on your location. Once the item has been received by us, we will process it within 24 hrs to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
